Solution · Automation

Connect your systems and reduce manual work.

I help businesses automate repetitive manual work. Think of requests that land in your CRM automatically, confirmation emails that go out by themselves, and data you no longer have to retype between different programs. I work from Emmen in the Netherlands, for businesses nearby and further afield.

  • Systems that talk to each other
  • Less retyping and fewer errors
  • Tailored to your process

Who is automation for?

Automation pays off most when you repeat the same actions over and over, across several programs.

  • Businesses that handle many requests

Every request means retyping, a confirmation and a task or appointment.

  • Small teams without an IT department

You use several tools that aren't connected to each other.

  • Growing businesses

What used to work by hand now takes too much time and leads to mistakes.

  • Anyone working with spreadsheets

Important information lives in Excel or Google Sheets and has to be updated by hand.

Which problems does automation solve?

The goal isn't to automate everything, but the actions that take time and are error-prone.

  • Problem

You retype data from one program into another.

    Approach

An integration that moves data to the right place automatically.

  • Problem

    Clients wait for a confirmation.

    Approach

An automatic confirmation email as soon as a request comes in.

  • Problem

    Requests get lost or forgotten.

    Approach

Every request is automatically recorded as a task or in your CRM.

  • Problem

Your team hears about new requests too late.

    Approach

A notification in Slack or by email, right when something comes in.

What I can automate for you

Which integrations are possible depends on the programs you use. Common examples:

  • Processing website requests

Automatically send form submissions to your CRM, inbox or spreadsheet.

  • Automatic confirmations

Clients instantly receive a personal confirmation of their request or appointment.

  • Tasks and follow-up

New requests automatically become a task, so follow-up isn't forgotten.

  • Team notifications

A message in Slack, Teams or by email when something important happens.

  • Data synchronisation

Keep information aligned between, for example, your spreadsheet, CRM and accounting.

  • Reports and overviews

A periodic automatic overview of requests, tasks or figures.

Process

How does an automation project work?

We start with how the work is done today, not with the technology.

  1. Request and introduction

You tell me which work keeps coming back. Together we map the steps and programs involved.

  2. Proposal

You receive a proposal with what I'll automate, with which tools, the timeline and the cost.

  3. Build and connect

I build the integrations and test them with sample data first, so your existing work isn't disrupted.

  4. Test and go live

We run through the flow together with real situations. Then we switch it on and I explain how it works.

Frequently asked questions about business process automation

Which programs can you connect?

Many modern programs offer integration options, such as forms, email, spreadsheets, CRMs and chat tools. I check upfront, per program, whether an integration is possible.

How much does an automation cost?

It depends on the number of steps and systems. After an introduction you'll receive a proposal with a clear price. It's often smart to start with the process that takes the most time.

Do I need to replace my current software?

Usually not. The goal is to make the programs you already use work together better.

What happens if an integration fails?

I build integrations so that errors become visible instead of failing silently, for example with a notification. We also agree who does what if something goes wrong.

Is automation worthwhile for a small business?

It can make a big difference for small businesses, because you spend less time on admin. Together we check whether the time saved outweighs the investment.

Do you only work with businesses in Emmen?

No. I work from Emmen in Drenthe, the Netherlands, for businesses in the region, across the country and abroad. Contact and collaboration happen online.
